Big Four Mountain Snowshoe
For our third snowshoe trip of the season we headed to Big Four Mountain near Granite Falls. I had done this
hike a few years ago with the Mountaineers and it had been fairly easy. This time the road was closed 2.5 miles before the
trailhead making for a much longer hike. We intended to hike to the ice caves at the base of the mountain, but the trip was
getting too long so we turned around a half mile early. The trip was still worthwhile as the trailhead provided a good views and field to play in the snow.
