Emerald City Comicon
We returned another year o the Emerald City Comicon. Instead of dressing up in costumes
we encouraged the girls to wear dresses reflecting their geek interests. Rachel's theme was Middle Earth, Lily's
was Pokemon and Vivan's was BB-8. We spent most of time in the Star Wars related areas. Rachel, Vivian and Jamie got
a photo op with Sean Astin due to their multi-generational interests in the Lord of the Rings, Special Agent Oso and The Goonies, but they were rushed through the picture making it a bit of a disappointment.
