A predator, who can smell sugar from 100 feet away, soon takes notice of the confectionery.

With its icing removed the predator leaves, but cupcake will not find peace. The scavenger soon arrives.

With no concern for manners the scavenger dives face first into the carcass.
Though not her kill the scavenger will aggressively defend the baked good.
The scavenger strips off all the consumable bits of the cupcake.
The final remains are devoured by the scavenger.
With nothing left to to consume the scavenger departs.
Within a matter of minutes only a crumbled bit of paper and foil give any evidence that a humble cupcake once existed.
