Colorado Trip - Snowshoeing

For Presidents' Day weekend Jamie and I flew down to Colorado to visit my brother Mark and his family. Spending time skiing on the Colorado slopes was the purpose of our February visit, but on our first day we all went snowshoeing in Rocky Mountain National Park. We did a short trek around Bear and Nymph Lakes in Estes Park. On our way home we saw some herds of Elk and many high peaks, including the 14,255 foot Longs Peak.
