On our trip we saw lots of interesting wildlife along the coast. Near our camp there were some interesting tide pools containing starfish, crabs, sea anemones and small fish. On the north end of the Yellow Banks Victoria found a huge skull which, unless elephants roam the coast, must have been a whale's. On our hike back we saw several bald eagles up close, but they seemed to know when were we getting our cameras out and flew away. At one time we saw at least five eagles at once.
