We drove one final time through Yellowstone past the southern border and were soon at the northern border of Grand Teton National park. We were greeted by spectacular fall colors with the Grand Teton range as a backdrop. We drove to Jenny Lake at the center of the park and made camp. After lunch we did a short hike around String Lake. The views were a beautiful combination of the Grand Teton Mountains, Fall Aspens and String Lake. Once back a camp I had hoped to get a good view of the stars at night, but it was prevented by a full moon. I instead was able to take to decent picture of the moon without the aid of a telescope.
