Lena Lake Hike

For our first hike of the season we headed to the Olympics with Matt and Victoria to hike to Lena lake. The lake is located near the base of The Brothers, which can be seen looking directly west from Seattle. After a fairly easy hike we made it to the lake. We continued around to the East Fork river where climbers often set up base camp to climb The Brothers. The lake was beautiful, but as usual with lake hikes, the mosquitos kept us from stopping long enough to enjoy the views.
