Orcas Island Trip

On Labor Day Weekend, a week before our wedding, Jamie and I went to Orcas island in the San Juans to relax. We took a scenic ferry ride from Anacortes to the quiet island. We spent the night at the Otters Pond B&B. The place had nice pond in back from which to view wildlife. The multi-course breakfast was also very nice. This was the best B&B we've been to so far.

Besides relaxing at the B&B, we also drove up to the top of Mount Constitution on the island. Even though it was cloudy we still got a sweeping view of the San Juan Islands. In the evening we went to Rosarios for a romantic dinner with a view of Cascade Bay.

We returned home the next day to deal with the craziness of an upcoming wedding.
